Tournament Information
The Rock Aqua Jays compete in at least three water ski show tournaments each year.
We host the annual Mercury Marine Open Water Ski Show Tournament the weekend after Father's Day in June. In years when we are also hosting the Division I National Water Ski Show Tournament, the Mercury Tournament is typically a two-day event. Otherwise, it is a one-day competition.
The Wisconsin State/Regional Water Ski Show Tournament is the regional qualifier for the Division I National Water Ski Show Tournament. Hosted annually by the Aqua Skiers of Wisconsin Rapids on Lake Wazeecha the third full weekend of July, the state competition is the oldest and largest water ski show tournament in the world.
The Division I National Water Ski Show Tournament is always held the second weekend of August. The host of this prestigous competition is determined the National Show Ski Association nearly two years in advance.
