When you purchase a product/service, make a donation, or become a member of the Rock Aqua Jays Water Ski Club, Inc. we require certain information including your email address. Access to our membership records, donor records, and online shop is strictly limited. Only the website administrator has access to our website. Select few officers of the Rock Aqua Jays Water Ski Club, Inc. have access to view our donor and member information.

You may correct/update your personal information as is allowed through the product/service purchase and donation modules allow by entering your proper login and password in the appropriate sections of our website.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
Are my membership dues refundable?
No, membership dues are not refundable unless your (new) membership is terminated by the Board of Directors of the Rock Aqua Jays Water Ski Club, Inc. within the probationary period for new members as described in our by-laws. Under such circumstances only the Rock Aqua Jays Water Ski Club, Inc. portion of your membership dues is refundable.
Is my donation refundable?
No, donations are not refundable except in circumstances where donations are received from persons or entities that could be detrimental to the image and good-standing of the Rock Aqua Jays Water Ski Club, Inc. Donations made fraudulently by persons not authorized to make such donations may also be refunded, according to state and federal laws.
Event admission, auction item, and raffle ticket purchases
All event admission tickets, auction item purchases, and raffle ticket purchases are final; and, therefore, non-refundable.
You may return a product (non-food item) purchase within 30 days of the date or original purchase so long as the item is new, unused, and in saleable condition.
Apparel and other logo items that have been washed or had the original tag(s) removed are not returnable. Items that have been exposed to cigarette smoke or other odors are not returnable. Sale and clearance items are not returnable, but can be exchanged for different sizes or styles if available.

Simply bring the apparel or other logo item back within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date for an exchange or refund.
Credit or refund for returned items
You will receive a refund or credit provided the item being returned meets the terms of the limitations described previously. If we erred in sending you’re the wrong item or size, then we will refund your original shipping charges too (if the item was ordered online).
Re-stocking fee for returned items
We charge a re-stocking fee of 10% of the original purchase price for any return/refund that does not meet the terms of the limitations described previously.
Packing materials for returns
Please utilize the original packaging for returns. If the original packaging is not available, a suitable cardboard box with appropriate packing materials will suffice. (Do not use newspaper as packing material for any apparel item as newsprint will stain the apparel item.)
Lost or damaged items
We are not responsible for lost or damaged items while in transit, but we will assist you in filing the necessary claim paperwork with the appropriate carrier.
We prefer that you use UPS or Federal Express for shipping.
